What is considered 1 load?

Our bags are designed to fit the perfect amount of clothes that fit into a washer and dryer, to assures that your clothes will be washed and dried properly every time. Because of this, Bubblfish considers 1 load to be any amount of clothes that fit comfortably in our provided bags.

What bag do I use for my first wash?

You can use anything for your first wash (hamper, garbage bag, pillow cases, etc.) We can also bring a Bubblfish Laundry Bag that you can transfer your clothes into on your first pickup!

Who washes my clothes?

Our washers are students from your own school! We help provide opportunities for students to earn money on their own schedule. In addition, to ensure our high quality standards are met every time, washers are taught how to properly care for clothes before they start washing.

What detergent is used?

We provide our washers with Tide + Downy laundry detergent. You can also provide your own personal detergent when your washer picks up your clothes!

What fabric softener is used?

Our provided laundry detergent includes Downy fabric softener. Personal fabric softener can also be used, just provide it when your washer picks up your clothes!

Can I request special instructions?

Yes!! When requesting a wash, you will select all of your personalized washing preferences which your washer will follow.

Is folding included?

Yes! Pickup, Wash, Dry, Fold, and delivery is included in our regular price. We also offer a cheaper option of our service that does not include folding for those who are interested.

Can I use my own detergent?

Yes! If you have a special detergent that you would like used give it to your washer when they pickup your clothes!
